State of Idaho certifies May 2026 primary election results

Idaho’s final, official primary election results show that voter turnout was 30.1%, slightly up from 28% turnout for the 2024 primary election.

Official election results also show that 11,087 Idahoans registered to vote and voted on the day of the election.

Idaho posts first three federal rural healthcare subgrants connected to ‘Big Beautiful’ funding

The state health agency posted the two maternal and child funding opportunities Tuesday, along with a third $1.3 million grant for project management support to help oversee delivery of the grant.

Projected Social Security benefits cliff creeps up to 2032

Congress must act to shore up Social Security during the next six years to avoid an automatic drop-off in benefits in 2032, according to a report released Tuesday.
